HOW THE LOAN PROCESS WORKS WITH ACCLAIM CAPITAL MORTGAGE:

I am a federally licensed mortgage broker with over 30 lenders to choose from and have a vast array of mortgage products. You can ask your questions and I can determine your options. I will not immediately pull your credit. Multiple credit inquires can hurt your credit score. Let’s formulate a plan first.
After determining that I can help, I will send you a link to our secure website with a list of documentation needed to process your loan. You will complete a simplified loan application and “drag and drop” your documents into a secure website bucket. It is a pretty simple process.
As we proceed, you will be receiving mountain of federally mandated disclosures. Fortunately, you can e-sign the forms and it’s a really simple process. In addition to the mountain of disclosures you will be receiving by email, I have created a simple one-page spreadsheet (in PDF format). The spreadsheet is a good overview of the cost to purchase or refinance costs. The spreadsheet is updated as we proceed and emailed to you.
I feel confident you would never cancel. But sometimes there are events out of both our control. You can cancel with no obligation at any time and for no reason with me. You are responsible for any and all hard costs incurred by me, such as: an appraisal, condo documents, and/or trust review that I ordered. My goal is to keep you informed during the process, keep the process as seamless as possible, and deliver as promised.
